Chen Wenzeng

Born in Quyang of Hebei in 1954. University educated, CAO of Quyang Ding Porcelain Co. Ltd., Senior craft artist, National model worker, Master of craft art of China,  Master of ceramic art of China, Traditional Bearer of national intangible cultural heritage, Vice president of China Arts & Crafts Association, Standing director of China Industrial Ceramics Association, Member of China Calligraphers’ Association, Member of Chinese Poetry and Verse. Adjunct Professors of Beijing Capital Normal University, Yanshan University, Hebei University, Heibei Normal University. Being engaginged in Ding Kiln research and production for more than 30 years, and has brought the lost famous historical kiln back. His work “Ceramic, Poem and Calligraphy ” gained the title of Big World Guinness in 2001.

Works gained arts & crafts grand awards, and were collected by British Museum of Treasures, Great hall of the People, the State Council, National Museum, China Art Museum, etc. Published “Research on Ding Kiln”, “Research on Culture of Ding Kiln and Forming and  Decorative Arts of Ding Kiln”, ”Chen Wenzeng Poetry and Verse ”,”Chen Wenzeng Calligraphy”, etc.
